Mafia 2: Definitive Edition – Part 2-1
That gas stamp racket didn’t seem to go too well for us, so now we’re heading to the slammer in Mafia 2: Definitive Edition.

It is fortunately for the game that I am the kind of person who thinks non-game breaking glitches and technical issues are funny, because otherwise the sheer number of them would really cause problems. I’ve played a fair number of games for this channel, and rarely do they ever bug out so consistently, in ways that are difficult to understand.
I am just grateful that none of them have been the kind of bugs that can hinder or obstruct progress in-game. In QA parlance, they would be “known shipables”. It’s still not a great look to see a “Definitive Edition” with so many oddities, but as a game it is still perfectly functional.
Which is, at the end of day, the thing that matters most.
