Disco Elysium – Part 10-4

We were supposed to return to the Whirling-in-Rags to regroup after clearing our prime suspect, but it looks like we have a broken stalemate to deal with first.

There is unfortunately no avoiding the confrontation outside the Whirling. The circumstances that led up to it were set into motion before we ever enter the scene, and their consequences were as inevitable as the tide.

However, even knowing that there are steps we can and did take to minimize the loss of life. Having entered this with no true planning or forethought, I daresay this could have turned out far, far worse than it had. It is a shame that I have denied everyone the joy of taking Cuno with me into the finale, but Kim is a treasure and I cannot allow any harm to befall that man.

While we would go on after this to film the finale, you won’t see that until next week. Care care until then.
