Okay, so after killing a teenager in a church, we’re now dealing with federal agents. Things definitely look like they’re getting worse, but I’m sure we’re right on the precipice of an upward turn.

What sticks out in my mind most of all is the way that Don Salieri is starting to unravel. Unlike Torrisi in The Old Country, he doesn’t really try to intimidate people, nor does he wear the same intensity. Whatever he’s feeling on the inside, he outwardly projects a vision of calm.
And yet, the effect is the same. Salieri doesn’t need to project power because he knows that he already has it. It’s an excellent performance both from the animators and the actor who played the role.
