Another opportunity for IO to flex their more freeform Hitman muscles. Just like before, it’s a simpler sandbox and construction compared to actual Hitman games, but there’s enough of the DNA that we get the sense of it. There are many ways we can acquire the cash we need and it is up to us to make the most of whatever opportunities come our way.
This section also demonstrates First Light at its best in other ways too, as we platform over to the ship and climb up the tower for the crypto wallet. The stealth mechanics are solid, but what makes them shine is the way Bond can seamlessly slip between sneaking around, talking his way out of problems, and throwing hands when all else fails.
Like Deus Ex way back in the day, all of the individual components are serviceable, but together they create something that truly sings.
