007 First Light – Part 5-4
No good deed goes unpunished. And yet, we’re still needed.
MI6 is under attack.
Streamed on my Twitch.
You can find Andre on his Twitch channel.
And with that, we are fully wrapped up 007 First Light. It is easily one of my favorite games of the year, and I imagine it will be a strong contender for many Game of the Year awards across whatever outlets are left to give them out.
It is a shame that, like many excellent games this year, the circumstances around it overshadow the impressive work put in to creating it. Between Amazon’s ambiguous statements regarding future Bond games from IO and Microsoft cancelling on them outright, I am concerned that the studio that brought us both this and the legendary Hitman series is in trouble.
We’ll talk more about that in the post-game conversation next time.
