The Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction – Part 1-1
October 15, 2026
While I played much Ultimate Spider-man back in the day, there was another well known PS2 open world game based on a Marvel property that I never got around to.
Let us begin The Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction.
Streamed on my Twitch.
You can find Andre on his Twitch channel.
What impresses me most right now is how well the game sells the power fantasy of being the Hulk, rampaging across the city. The character is practically defined by his physicality, and the game sells the sheer strength of every single movement through a combination of sound, camera shakes, and impact effects.
As a child, I fantasized about becoming the Hulk and raging out. From what I played here, that’s the feeling I get when playing.
