The Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction – Part 3-4 (Finale)
I, for one, am tired of these people being upset that they can transform into 12-foot tall, absurdly muscular green men. I would kill to get that kind of power.
Which is why I’m almost sad that we’re finished with Hulk: Ultimate Destruction.
Overall, this is exactly the kind of game I’d like to keep on my PS2 emulator to fire up when I need a hang-out activity. It’s not mindless, but it doesn’t take up so much mental bandwidth that I can’t keep up with conversations around me.
It’s a style and school of open-world games that has, sadly, been practically subsumed by the Ubisoft model of today. I would like to see more games of its ilk in the world. Rockstar still makes games like it, but I don’t care for their personal output.
I don’t know what next week will look like, but I think Ape Escape 2 is still the leading candidate. We’ll find out together.
(PS: Ape Escape 2 did not make the cut in the end.)
